Our Philosophy
Warm hospitality is our top priority in our family-run house. As your hosts, Regina and Franz, along with our family and team, are here for you with great passion. Our philosophy can be seen and felt throughout the entire house. Personalized service and individually tailored excursion programs are a matter of course for us. Our work is our calling, and we love making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
You will experience a lot of “heart” in every moment of your visit.
Franz, the master of the house, is a true all-rounder. A trained chef, he prepares the egg dishes for breakfast, and in the afternoon, you’ll often find him doing handiwork or driving the Steyr 15 tractor in the orchard. In the evening, he takes on the role of our bartender, serving beer at our cozy in-house bar.
Regina, the lady of the house and our good fairy, is always on the go with a smile on her face and great excursion tips ready for every guest. She is deeply dedicated to the well-being of our guests, who truly appreciate her warmth and care.
Maria and Lukas, along with Franz and Anton – Maria is the elder of Franz and Regina’s two daughters and supports in all areas of the business. Lukas, Maria’s husband, is the go-to person for fixing (almost) everything around the house and garden, and he is the best contact for mountain tours. He is also the father of their two sons, Franz and Anton, who spend much of their time in the garden and on the playground. Franz and Anton are our little (child) entertainers.
Anna works in Salzburg during the week, but whenever time allows, she supports the family business. She bakes with passion, and her cakes are highly sought after by our guests. Whether helping with breakfast service or in the kitchen, Anna can be found everywhere, always lending a hand.
Anja, Birgit, and Maria are the housekeepers with a passion for cleanliness. They are incredibly attentive and have been well-known to our guests for many years. During the summer months, they receive support from interns.
